Lot Next To Spar Cleared

The future home of the Lofts at 3rd and Main has been cleared of cars and its COA signs this afternoon. Is this a sign of progress? Maybe they received approval from the City to commence building. Lakelander do you have any info?

Nothing yet, I'll have to check. However, since they haven't started pre-sales, I doubt construction is beginning anytime soon.
