The other night when my wife and I were in Food Lion we met the president of the Springfield Neighborhood Watch. She told us one of the things they did was pool their money to solicit the services of an undercover police officer. He or she was helping them clean up the neighborhood. I think this may be an idea we may want to look into. I have a couple of different home based business opportunities if anyone is interested. We could use part of the extra income to rent off duty police officers. If I get a good enough response I'll see about getting the community center opened to do a business opportunity meeting.
